Awwww, how sweet! Just wish someone could have been there to take the picture so our Tori could have been in her seat, for goodness sake. Hoping (and praying) this will be the last “city” birthday cellebration. Next year the singing of “Happy Birthday” will be accompanied by the mooing cows, clucking chickens, and a dog chasing a horse.
