(I don’t get around much.) But I’m looking that up!

I LOVE that shade of blue!!! Gorgeous!

Thanks for “coming back”!

I was going to ask you if that was one of their patterns. Did you know that series actually has several different dinner plates? One is a deep blue ( I guess it would be a “peacock blue”) and has the peacock on it.

The sign says (of course)– “Fresh Moon Pies, Cold RC Cola”! And yes, the table runner is made out of the peacock feathered drapery fabric, and the dishes are ‘Peacock Garden’ by 222 Fifth which I found at HomeGoods. I’m kind of all about the peacocks these days, trying not to overdo it… (That’s the name of my street!)

I zoomed in on the pictures (I just recently learned how to do that!) and I have more questions! In that first picture—-what does that sign say…..”Fresh m_____, Cold R_____”??

Did you make the table runner out of the drapery fabric? Are those peacock feathers on the fabric? And how in the world did you find dinnerware with those peacocks on them? Or did you buy them first and then use them as your “inspiration piece”? Your table is worthy of “Tablescape Thursday”, Girl!!!

And yeah, the dining room does have ‘a different feel’ considering last time you saw the dining room it was completely covered in big fat packing boxes!

bettyrwoodward:It’s a first for me, too, but it sure is fun– and I would LOVE to have you visit this town!

LindaB: Ha! Yep, I know he decorates for Christmas, and in the spring, too. And that is Mr. Billy Phillips himself with his arm around our Madi! And thank you for the compliment on the dining room.

Momma Lloyd: One of the many, many things I love about you is that you fell under the spell of Bell Buckle, too!

I thought Bell Buckle was a genuine adorable Mayberry town….with all the comforts and memories of the little town where you were born. And, I still think that is right on target, except I forgot to add that it’s situated smack dab in the middle of a fantastic artist colony.

I’m still trying to put together that chocolate pie in a frying pan. I didn’t think the Bell Buckle Cafe had an ounce of competition for miles around….and now I find there are more mysteries in that sweet town than just in a storefront window.

Ya know, it’s one of those rare places that feels like “home” the minute you ride into town. Plum full of friendliness, fantastic food, interesting shops, the comfort of a small town atmosphere…and something interesting to grab your attention at the crack of every dawn.

Long live Bell Buckle…and the King and Queen with two pretty princesses who live therein!

I love it! I live in a small town too, ya know—–Clio, I may have mentioned it before. We like to wait outside the post office to see if any of our neighbors pictures are going up on the wall. I like Bell Buckle better, I think.

Does Mr. Phillips decorate the window for Christmas too? And other holidays?

Okay, I’ll ask the obvious—– who the heck is that man with his arm around OUR Madi? That wouldn’t be the chicken frying mayor, would it?

Well that’s a first for me. Sounds like fun though. Do wish I could get there some time.

I like the curtains. Gives the whole room a different feel.
