ROTFL That is too good! That is PRECISELY how I feel about the entire medical system at the moment myself. I’m just so glad Russ is doing better now. His poor hand….so swollen! Praying you all have a Merry Christmas and praising God that the thingy was benign!!

I know exactly how it felt… (got an extra dose of anaesthesia and painkillers during my surgery). Praying for quick recovery without pain and discomfort. Have a merry, merry Christmas !!!

Poor Russ! So weak he couldn’t even wave with his whole hand. Driving can cause that as well. People’s hands get so tired from holding onto that wheel that they can’t even wave with their whole hand in response to a friendly “hello, how are you doing today? By the way, you just nearly killed me and my family with your bad driving” honk.

I mentioned the other day you all should come down here to get away from that traffic. Well, right after I said that the word apparently got around, and everybody and their grandmother decided to get out and park in the middle of the road, but I see you got word since you did the prudent thing and decided to only come half way here. I hope you all have a pleasant trip, free of pain, discomfort, holiday mall traffic and undesirable gestures. I am making one more unavoidable excursion out onto the highway today, and I guess to church on Sunday, then I’m hoping I can just stay at home the rest of the year and write music, practice my instruments, and work on my greenhouse.

ROFLOL That’s my feeling about hospitals exactly! They suck! (Unless, of course, you’re in need of medical attention to save your life!)

I have to ask……..did anyone recognize him as a Grammy-winning living legend of gospel and contemporary music while he was there? Did they ask him to sing just one little song before they knocked him out? Did his hand swell from signing so many autographs? Just asking.
